On most categories, our clients land somewhere between 30% and 55% below domestic dealer or showroom pricing. The exact number depends on category, volume, and how willing the project is to standardize finishes. Spec homes and multifamily — where we can drive volume against a small number of SKUs — tend to land at the high end. Highly custom one-off luxury work sees less savings on a percentage basis, but often unlocks materials and craftsmanship that aren't available domestically at any price.

Production-side lead times are typically 4–8 weeks depending on country and category. Ocean transit adds another 18–32 days depending on port pairing. Pacific Northwest and California-bound shipments are fastest from Asia; East Coast and Gulf are fastest from Turkey, Israel, Brazil, and India. We give every client a live lead-time matrix during quoting.

We work as a procurement extension of your team. You stay the design lead — we don't substitute products, change specs, or talk to your client behind your back. We provide budgets early, deliver shop drawings for your stamp, run finish sample rounds, and ship to your project schedule. Many firms run their own design files in parallel and use us only for the procurement side; that's fine too.

Cabinets, furniture, slab and tile, lighting, flooring, doors and millwork, and custom fabrication. We also run a B2B / wholesale program supplying raw materials and components — wood panels, slabs, hardware, hinges, drawer slides — to cabinet shops, fabricators, and dealers who want factory-direct pricing without managing the import side.
