Step 01
Design Support
Spec review, finish boards, drawing markup.
We start where your design ends. Our team reviews the architectural set, finish schedules, and hardware list — flagging anything that won't translate to the factory floor, identifying substitutions where they make sense, and giving you a budget you can show your client before you commit to anything.

Step 02
Sourcing & Quotes
Parallel bids across vetted factories.
Every package goes to two or three pre-vetted factories simultaneously. You see all the quotes side-by-side, with our recommendation and the reasoning behind it. Most quotes are back inside 7–10 business days.

Step 03
Engineering & Drawings
Shop drawings, samples, hardware schedules.
Nothing goes into production until you've signed off on shop drawings and finish samples. We coordinate physical sample rounds, manage hardware schedules, and — for projects requiring it — coordinate with licensed PEs in your state for stamped engineering.

Step 04
Factory Visits & QC
Pre-shipment inspection on every container.
On every container, our QC lead — or yours, if you travel with us — inspects against the approved drawings before goods leave the factory. Defects get documented and resolved on the floor, not after they've crossed an ocean.

Step 05
Shipping & Customs
FCL, LCL, customs brokerage, all duties handled.
Streamlined is the importer of record on most shipments — we manage ocean freight, customs entry, duties and tariffs, and demurrage. You see the landed cost as a single number with the duty and tariff line items broken out transparently.

Step 06
Delivery & Install
Curbside in all 50 states. White-glove in 12.
Curbside or threshold drop everywhere in the US. White-glove inside delivery, debris removal, and product installation in 12 states clustered around our six offices. Outside those, we work with partnered local install crews you can pick.

Step 07
B2B / Wholesale
Supply the supplier — programmatic resupply.
We run a separate wholesale lane for cabinet shops, fabricators, and dealers who want factory-direct pricing on raw materials, hardware, and components — without managing the import side. Standing inventory, weekly LCL consolidations, and reorder programs by SKU.

Factory visits
We take you to the floor.
For projects over roughly $150K in goods, we strongly recommend a factory visit. We arrange the trip, run the meetings, and stay on the floor with you. Most clients come back with relationships that change how they buy for the rest of their career.
