112-key boutique hotel with full FF&E package across guestrooms, lobby, spa, and restaurant. Streamlined ran a parallel-bid sourcing process across five countries to compress an aggressive 11-month schedule.
Custom teak case goods came from Thailand, decorative lighting from Turkey, and hand-knotted rugs from India — all coordinated through one PO structure with consolidated freight to Long Beach.
Every guestroom product carries hospitality-grade certifications. The drape-side furniture is CAL 117-2013 flammability certified. All bath fixtures are cUPC listed. Lobby and back-of-house lighting carries UL listings and DLC where applicable.
