A 9,200 sf modern hillside home with full-house FF&E and millwork procurement. Streamlined managed every category from cabinets through lighting, coordinating five overseas factories across a 14-month build.
Working from the architect-of-record's millwork package, we delivered rift-cut white oak cabinets from Vietnam, full-bookmatched quartzite slabs from Brazil, and 11-foot pivot entry doors fabricated in Turkey.
Every product on this project was specified against US code — UL-listed lighting, CARB Phase 2 compliant cabinet substrates, ANSI-grade hardware, and Miami-Dade NOA on the south-facing window units (yes, even in Washington — the owner insisted).
