An 11,400 sf mountain modern home above Park City. High-altitude UV and snow-load engineering drove product selection across windows, doors, and exterior finishes.
All exterior glazing is triple-pane with Low-E coatings rated for IECC Climate Zone 7. Stone fireplaces use full-bookmatched Brazilian quartzite. Every interior door is solid 2.25" mahogany from a Vietnamese mill we've used for 6 years.
Project included a 3-day client factory visit to Vietnam to walk the cabinet floor and select live-edge slabs — the kind of trip that doesn't happen with a domestic dealer.
